Fitness community with copyable routines and fair challenges
The Elvyfit fitness community is a place to train with company: a feed, friends, clubs, private leagues, challenges and routines you can copy with a link. It is built to motivate, not to compare you with anyone. Challenges reward improvement, not kilos.
Feed, friends and comments
The feed has two tabs: For you, with public posts, and Friends. You add friends by their alias, with requests they accept, and you can mute or block anyone you want. Comments support replies.
Posting is optional: you can just look around, comment or follow your friends. If you do post, you can post up to 5 times a day, with videos up to 60 seconds. Your public profile is opt in, and your weight and body fat percentage are never published.
Clubs and private leagues
A club brings together up to 200 members around a shared interest, such as a gym, a discipline or a group of friends. A private league takes up to 100 people and you join with a code.
There are also weekly leagues by level. They are optional: you only take part if you give your consent. The idea is that you compete with people at your level and that checking the standings feels like a nudge, not pressure. If you prefer to train on your own, you can ignore them completely and keep using everything else.
Clubs and leagues can be shared by link, just like challenges and profiles, so setting up a group with your gym buddies takes a minute.
Challenges and duels where the biggest improvement wins
A challenge lasts 4 weeks, allows up to 20 people and is played on one basic lift. The winner is whoever improves their estimated one rep max the most as a percentage, not whoever lifts the most. That lets a beginner and someone with years of training compete on equal terms, because what is compared is how much each person progresses from their own starting point.
The app does not show kilos on the leaderboard, only relative improvement. Duels follow the same logic between two people. Your one rep max is calculated from your workout tracking.
-
4 weeks
Long enough for consistency to count, not one lucky day.
-
Up to 20 people
A manageable group, made for friends or a club.
-
Improvement in percent
It counts how much you improve, without showing kilos.
Copy and share routines by link
Sharing a routine is as simple as sending an elvyfit.com link. Whoever receives it copies it into the app at no cost and can edit it as if it were their own. If you want ideas for building yours, read how personalized gym routines work.
You can share challenges, clubs, profiles, routines, sessions (friends only) and leagues by link.

-
The other person copies it
It is saved in their app for free and they can train with it right away.
Optional rankings with no kilos
Rankings are always opt in. Among friends, the ranking is free and relative, based on 7 basic lifts. The world and by muscle ranking is Plus, requires a valid body fat measurement and shows your alias, rank, position and percentage. It never shows kilos, weight or body fat.
| Ranking | Plan | What it shows |
|---|---|---|
| Among friends | Free | Relative position across 7 basic lifts, opt in. |
| World and by muscle | Plus | Alias, rank, position and percentage, opt in. |
Rules and moderation
Before posting, you accept 6 visible rules. An automatic filter checks text and images, and a person checks every report. Sanctions are progressive: they scale with how serious the problem is. It is a space for people aged 18 and over, and health comes before any ranking.
To see what is rewarded, look at how steady effort is measured in the workout streak.
-

Frequently asked questions
How do I copy someone else's routine?
They send you an elvyfit.com link and you open it with the app installed. The routine is copied into your account at no cost and you can edit it. You can share your own routines the same way.
How is the winner of a challenge decided?
Challenges last 4 weeks, allow up to 20 people and use one basic lift. The winner is whoever improves their estimated one rep max the most as a percentage, with no kilos shown.
Is my weight or body fat percentage published?
Never. Rankings show alias, rank, position and percentage, never kilos, weight or body fat. Your public profile is optional.
Who moderates the community?
An automatic filter checks text and images, and a person checks every report. There are 6 visible rules you accept before posting, and sanctions are progressive.
Do I need Plus to use the community?
No. The feed, friends, challenges, clubs, private leagues, copying routines and the ranking among friends are on the Free plan. The world and by muscle ranking is Plus.
Is the app available in English?
Not yet. The app is only in Spanish for now, so posts, rules and menus appear in Spanish. Other members may write in any language they like.
