Elvy is not a doctor, dietitian or psychologist. Its answers are for guidance only and may contain errors.
Safety rules (calorie minimums, rest periods, loads, allergies) are applied by the app's code, not by the AI's text: Elvy never changes your plan without your confirmation.
To answer you, we send the AI provider the necessary context from your account, only if you have agreed to it. You can withdraw that consent and see or delete what Elvy remembers in Settings › Privacy.
