1. What Elvyfit is

Elvyfit is a wellness app that helps you organize your training, your nutrition and your habits. It includes an artificial intelligence assistant (Elvy) and two paid plans that you subscribe to inside the app: Plus (Elvy and the AI features) and Premium (the whole app, everything in Plus and a 1:1 personal training service with a human coach).

Elvyfit is not a medical device and does not offer diagnosis, treatment or medical, clinical nutrition or psychological advice.

2. Who can use it

You must be aged 18 or over.
Before you start, we ask you to complete a health screening. If you tell us about any situation that requires professional supervision, we will let you know and adapt what the app suggests to you.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private.
You can export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings › Privacy.

4. Plans and payments

There is a Free plan and there are paid plans. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the Plans screen before any purchase.
Subscriptions inside the app are managed by the store (App Store or Google Play): renewal, cancellation and refunds follow the store's terms.
Premium (with the 1:1 service) is also governed by its own contract (see “Premium contract (1:1 with Marc)”).

5. Responsible use

Use the app for personal and lawful purposes.
In the social features, respect other people. We may hide content or limit access for anyone who breaks the community rules.

6. Content generated by AI

Some answers and suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence. They may contain errors: review them with common sense and consult a professional when your health is involved. More details in the “Artificial intelligence notice”.

7. Changes to these terms

If we make significant changes to these terms, we will let you know in the app and ask you to accept the new version.
